Then join us as our guide, Charlotte, helps us to sample yummy local delights (snacks included but drinks at your own expense). Learn about the history of Singapore street food, the heritage brands of this unique district and discover the many ways that local coffee is served! We then head to the wet market to see the wonderful array of fruit and veg, the 'live' products and learn about Chinese dried goods and spices.
Finally, at lunch (own expense), we will finish the tour at one of Singapore's most famous hawker centres, where it is rumoured American chef, Anthony Bourdain, eats whenever he is in town.

There are food tastings (cost included but drinks at own expense) but please bring water, an umbrella and wear comfortable shoes.
